Cancel a Registration

Instructions

To cancel a registration:

1. Sign in to your site and click on the "Camps" tab

2. Click on the name of your camp

3. In the "Find" field, search for the camp registration

4. Click the "Cancel" link on the right

5. Check the box next to the session(s) you would like to cancel

6. Click "Cancel" to cancel the registration without a refund
   OR

7. Click "Cancel and refund" to cancel and submit a refund

   • Select the "Full refund" option to submit a refund for the full registration amount

   • Select the "Other amount" option to enter an alternate amount to refund the camper

   • Click "Submit" to complete the refund
