Mark a registration as paid by cash/check

If your camp was setup to allow deposits, you can mark a registration as paid by cash/check. This will update the total amount owed for the camp registration.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site and click on the "Camps" tab

  2. Click on the name of your camp

  3. Click into the Payments tab

  4. Using the "Find" field, enter the parent/guardian name or order number to search for the registration.

  5. Click the "Manage" link in the "Actions" column

  6. Complete the "Amount paid", "Payment method" and "Check number" (if applicable) fields

  7. Click the "Submit" button. Once you submit, the total amount paid and owed will be updated.
