Refund a Registration

Instructions

To refund a registration:

  1. Sign in to your site and click on the "Camps" tab

  2. Click on the name of your camp

  3. Click into the Payments tab

  4. In the "Find" field, search for the camp registration

  5. Click the "Refund" link on the right

  6. Select the "Full refund" option to submit a refund for the full registration amount

  7. Select the "Other amount" option to enter an alternate amount to refund the camper

  8. Click "Submit" to complete the refund
