View/Manage Registrations

Once you've created your camp you can find it in one of three locations within the camps tab, depending on the state of registration:

1. Pending

2. Active (image below)

3. Archive

To manage and view your registrations, navigate to the appropriate page (pending, active, archive). Here you will see a list of all camps in the current phase. You can click Edit on the right of each camp to make changes, or click on the camp name to view the full details.

Camp details page

Click the name of the camp to access this page. Here you can view the details of each registration, contact your campers, and download all of your registrations.

Customizable data columns - In this table you will see two columns with drop down menus. Each question on your registration form will appear here. Select the questions you want to view to customize the summary of information you see.

Actions - In the actions column you can view to see the full registration or cancel to either cancel the registration or cancel and submit a full refund. Once the refund is complete we will email you to let you know!

Options - On the right you will see a handful of links under Options.Here you can

• Add camper

• Preview camp

• Copy link URL

• Email campers

• Download Registrations
