FanPoll
The FanPoll feature on the PrestoMobile platform is one of the many ways to easily engage fans/users. Admins can choose to have FanPoll be a full module on the app or it is available for all platforms to use through notifications or events.
Follow the steps below to setup a poll:
1️⃣ On the admin dashboard click FanPoll from the main menu on the left.
2️⃣ The page that you see will list any previously created active FanPolls, a button to create a new poll, and an option view polls marked as inactive.
3️⃣ Click New Fanpoll to create a new poll.
You can award points for answering the poll.
Select the date you would like the poll to be active.
If the poll is opinion based you can mark all answers as correct.
Click Create FanPoll to finish.
4️⃣ If your platform has FanPoll as a full module the new poll will show at the top of FanPoll module screen automatically.
To add the poll within an event follow these steps:
Within the event detail settings you will see a dropdown for Add a FanPoll.
Select which poll should show within the event details and click Save Changes.
To add the poll within a notification follow these steps:
When setting up a notification you will see a dropdown for Add a FanPoll.
Select which poll should show within the notification. From there you can send the notification or schedule it for a future date.
Fan Poll Report
Admins can easily access a report to see which users/fans engaged with the FanPoll including see which answer they selected. On the admin dashboard go to Reports and select the report named FanPoll Answers.
