Best Practice: Team
Having a team to run your program makes it easier and more efficient. We understand not everyone has large departments, so consider utilizing interns, student council members, or booster clubs. It can even be ran by a class as a teaching tool, giving students hands-on experience.
New PrestoTickets System: To gain admin access you must first be registered as a user on the PrestoMobile Platform. If your team is currently in the Implementation Process for a newly developed app you will receive instructions from your Project Manager when and how to download the beta application.
Existing PrestoTickets System: If your organization has an existing PrestoMobile app simply download the live application and register your account. Once your account is created you will need to reach out to an admin on your internal team and ask for admin access.
Managing PrestoMobile Admins
After the initial implementation process is complete your team is responsible for adding and removing admins on the dashboard. Click HERE to view steps for how to manage admins.
Password Reset
If you are needing to reset your PrestoMobile account password we encourage you to use the Forgot Password feature on the login screen of the app.
