How to Access Reports & What’s Available

Easily access event ticket reports on the admin dashboard and receive the most accurate data around transactions and ticket scans in live time. Follow the steps below on the dashboard to access reports:

1️⃣ On the dashboard homepage go to Reports within the menu located to the left on the screen.

2️⃣ Since our admin dashboard is the same system that we use for our full PrestoMobile platform there are a handful of reports your team will not need, for PrestoTickets specifically you will need to access the report named FlashTix By Event.

3️⃣ Use the Select Event dropdown to choose which event you would like to see data for.

4️⃣ When viewing the report you will see the ticket holder’s email, name phone number, CC info, amount paid, your organization’s net profit, transaction status, ticket type, the scan status, & the transaction timestamp. Under the name if a ticket was transferred it will show “Transferred from: PURCHASER NAME”.
