How to Transfer Ticket to Another Fan

On the digital ticket page that will load immediately after the purchase is complete or can be accessed from the email receipt follow the steps below to transfer a ticket to another fan.

1️⃣ Click Transfer Ticket on the digital ticket page.

2️⃣ Select the ticket you are wanting to transfer & enter the email or phone number of the ticket recipient.

3️⃣ The ticket recipient will either receive an email with their digital ticket info.

Email Example:

Within the email directly click Claim your ticket.

On the screen that is loaded click Accept.

Your digital ticket will now be available for you to view & add to your device wallet.

What if I transferred a ticket to the wrong email or phone number?

If the ticket transferred has not been accepted you can click Revoke Transfer. This option will display immediately after sending a transferred ticket.

Should I transfer a ticket?

When the digital ticket QR Code is scanned it will scan in all tickets that purchased on that order at once, unless a ticket has been transferred then a new QR Code and digital ticket is created. If your attending group is not entering the event at the same time we recommend transferring the tickets to the individual fan so that they can be scanned at the time of entry.
