User Profiles

Your Presto user profile is used to login to your Presto website or login to the PrestoWeb CMS to access and update information related to your teams. Your user profile will be connected to your email address. If you don’t have a Presto user profile and need one created, you can either contact an admin on your school’s account to have them create one for you or contact our support team here- Contact Us

Instructions

View Profile, edit profile and change your password:

1. Sign in to your site and go into the Account tab

2. Under "Manage your account", click the "View my profile" link

3. Account information is available in the three tabs:

   Details displays the Email Address, Name, Time zone, Phone number, and Access information.

   • To edit your profile, click the [edit] link on the right under Options

   • To change your password, click the [change password] link on the right under Options
     

Websites displays the website(s) in the PrestoSports system that this user profile has access to.

Teams displays the teams this account has access to. This display will show the team name, RPI code, and sport. To see each available season for these teams, select [show each team]. To go back to the other view click [show rules].
