Q. What is the front end of my site?
A. The front of your site is what your visitors see. You can access the content management system (back end or your site) putting /admin after the website domain name in the URL bar in your browser and then log in to the website.

Q. What is the back end of my site?
A. The back end of the site is the content management system where you will see the Game day, Website, Contacts, etc. tabs. To view your site from the front end (what your fans see), click into the Website tab then the [view] wiki to the right under Options.

Q. What is the root directory?
A. The root directory is the "home" page of the Website tab which you can access by clicking on the Website tab. On this page you will see sections such as sports, images, information, splash, and video. The root directory is also where the majority of your navbars are located. Click the "Next>>" wiki to view more pages of your root directory. You can also click the sets of numbers to navigate between the different areas within the root directory.

Q. Where do I enter my rosters, schedules, releases, and upload stats?

A. You will enter all of that information through the GameDay tab when you are logged into your website. Here is more information related to adding information for those areas of the website:

Q. I've entered my schedule in Game day but how come it's not showing up on the site? I've changed my secondary navigation to point to the correct season.
A. It's most likely not appearing because your season has not been set up in Game day. Follow these Season Setup instructions

Q. What's the difference between a schedule: network and a schedule: manual?
A. Schedule: network files are used for team sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, and Football. Schedule: manual files are used for individual sports or meet-based sports such as Golf, Swimming and Diving, and Cross Country which are not tied to the PrestoSports Network.

Q. How do I get the newest schedules to appear in my Calendar or Upcoming Events/Scoreboard areas?
A. To add the newest schedules, you need to add them to both the home and sport page composite files. Follow the "Add to composite" instructions here.

Q. What format and size of videos can I upload?
A. Videos can be high definition and up to 250.0 MB in size. The system will convert mov, qt, mpg, mpeg, mp4, wmv, avi, asf, asx, and vob to the web friendly FLV format. Here’s instructions for uploading video files- https://help.prestosports.com/PrestoWeb/v1/upload-files
