How to Reset Leaderboard Points

If you are needing to reset the leaderboard points for all users please reach out to our Support Team by using this form and send a request asking for points to be reset. Within that request please include the day the points should be reset.

What if I need the points reset on a date that has already passed?

No worries, our PrestoSports Team can still reset the points and any newly earned points after the requested reset date will still show in the active leaderboard.

Leaderboard Toggles

Based on the additional profile field questions you have listed in the Account module our Support Team can create custom leaderboards for users to toggle between on the app. Typical profile fields that can be used for a new toggle are Graduation Year/Class, Account Type, Homeroom, Team/Club, Greek Life, Dorm Hall, etc.

Leaderboard Report

On the PrestoMobile Dashboard admins can easily pull a leaderboard report, below are the different report name options that are specific to the leaderboard:
