Managing PrestoMobile Admins

After the initial implementation process is complete your team is responsible for adding and removing admins on the dashboard. Follow the steps below for how to manage admins:

1️⃣ After logging in on the Admin Dashboard click Settings.

2️⃣ You will be immediately directed to the Administrators page.

Add - To add a new admin enter their username in the Search User box, select the account, & click Add.

Remove - To remove a current admin simply click the Remove option & refresh the page.

 

QUICK ADMIN REMINDERS

All admins have the same type of access on the dashboard.

There is not a limit to the number of admins you can have, but we recommend 10 max.

On the live app platform admins can access the dashboard by going to the Account/Profile Module, clicking the Settings gear, & selecting Admin.
