QR Code Check-In

You have the option to require fans to check-in for events via a QR code instead of by checking in through your app.

Adding information for QR Code Check-In Venue

1. Login to your admin dashboard

2. Click on Settings

3. Click Manage Venues

4. Click on QR Code Check-In

5. Click Edit

6. Enter the address and Radius distance. Normally you would keep that distance as one foot since the fans aren’t getting credit for checking in via geo-location.

7. Make sure the box is checked under Active, so that it will display within the Venues list

8. Click Update Venue

Getting QR code for an event

1. Login to your admin dashboard

2. Click on Events

3. Select the event

4. Click Edit Event

5. Set the venue as QR Code Check-In

6. Click Save Changes

7. Click Promote Event and then click Download Check-in QR

8. You can save the QR Code to your computer and print it off so that you can place the code where you want fans to scan it to check in.
