Implementation Schedule

PrestoSports is thrilled about our partnership and are excited to get the project process started.

Client Personnel: To support PrestoSport’s collaborative Implementation, PrestoSports expects that Client’s personnel are identified and made available to collaborate with their PrestoSports counterparts throughout the Implementation. Below is a breakdown of the key roles and responsibilities of each role during the Implementation.


Phase 1 - Kick Off

The Project Onboarding Email serves as the project kickoff between the client team and the PrestoSports team. Within this email the client team will receive instructions for how to access the PrestoRaise Admin Dashboard. At this time the PrestoSports Team-member will schedule a training meeting to review the dashboard and all of the PrestoRaise features.

Phase 2 - Dashboard Training

The client team will join the PrestoSports Team-member for a ~45 minute meeting to review the PrestoRaise Admin Dashboard. During this time the client team will become familiar with all of the dashboard features available to start fundraising.

Phase 3 - Start Fundraising!

After the dashboard training session the client team will be fully equipped with all PrestoRaise knowledge and features to begin fundraising. With the Implementation Process being complete at this point the client team can contact our Support team using this form for additional support if needed.
