Live stats aren't pushing to Stat Partners

If you are using Stat Partners to push live stats from PrestoStats to another website, but the stats aren’t displaying or updating on that website, there are two places within the Presto CMS you can look for more information:

Event information page in GameDay

You will see an error message display under the Statistics section on the event information page. Here’s an example of an error message:

PrestoStats

A pop up message will show as soon as you launch PrestoStats for an event that has Stat Partners enabled in that season. This pop up will also show the error message for the event:

You will need to provide the error message information to the website provider for them to be able to troubleshoot the issue on their end. Here are some common errors that will affect live stats not pushing to Stat Partners:

  • Incorrect login credentials for the Stat Partner

  • Server issues on the Stat Partner’s end

If the stat partner responds back saying they aren’t receiving the stats on their end, then you should reach out to our Support team using this form and provide them with that information.
