Stats aren't pushing to stat partners
There are a couple of steps you should take to troubleshoot issues with stats not pushing from Presto to stat partners.
The first thing you should do is confirm the login credentials for the stat partners are entered correctly in the Stat partners area in GameDay.
Go to the GameDay tab
Navigate to the season
Click on the Stats tab
Click Stat partners
Check the login credentials to make sure they are correct. If you copied and pasted the credentials in those fields, try manually typing them instead. Sometimes when you copy text like that it will grab empty space that the system will read as additional characters in the text when it’s pasted into those fields.
Click Save once you have updated the login credentials
If you have confirmed that the login credentials for the stat partner are correct, then you should reach out to that stat partner to confirm that they are receiving the stats on their end. You should also check with them to see if they are experiencing any issues on their end that may prevent the stats from being received or displaying on their end.
If the stat partner responds back saying they aren’t receiving the stats on their end, then you should reach out to our Support team using this form and provide them with that information.
