We ask that 1 or 2 contacts be added to each event incase our support team needs to reach out. The primary contact should be the person that is responsible for the stream at the event site.
This information is not shared with the public and is solely for internal communication. We ask that a Name, Email and Phone Number be saved for each contact.
Add or Edit contacts at admin.stretchlive.com > EP Support Tools > Manage Contacts
You can also add contacts within the Event Editor when you are Creating or Editing an event.
