Comments on Ballots

Allow voters and administrators to comment on a vote. The administrator can add comments to a vote from the backend and the voter can submit a comment with the initial vote as well as submit additional comments after the vote has been casted. The functionality can be turned on and off for individual awards.

Comments can be turned on/off from the communications settings area. These settings can be changed at any time during the life of the award.

Create a comment

Administrators can add comments to any vote. The comment will be emailed to both parties

View comments

Administrators can view all comments for a vote

Comments as a voter

Create a comment while voting

A voter can submit a comment with the initial vote

Voters can view all the comments associated with their vote by clicking the comment button.

Create a comment after voting

A voter can add comments to their vote by clicking the add comment button and saving the submission. The comment will be emailed to the voter and the administrator.
