Copy an existing award
Instructions
Login to your website and click on the Awards tab
Click the Add subtab
Click select the Stage the award is located in that you want to copy
Select the Award
Click Copy an existing award
On the next screen you will name the award and then adjust the other areas of the award such as:
Season
Teams
Dates for statistics
Nomination window dates and times
Email notification settings for nominations
Voting window dates and times
Voting settings
Email notification for votingThe new award will have the same nominators, voters, voting rules, and selection rules. You can adjust the nominators, voters, voting rules, and selection rules after you have completed copying the award by clicking on those editing options under the Configure section of the award. To add additional contacts or create contact lists follow the instructions on this page.
Once you have adjusted all of this information for the new award click Copy
The award has now been copied and you will will be directed to the page for that award
