Entering results for meet/invitational based sports

These instructions cover how to enter results for meet/invitational based sports, which typically are used by the following sports:

• Cross Country

• Golf

• Swimming and Diving

• Tennis

• Track & Field

• Wrestling

These sports can use two different event types:

• Head to head events or dual matches

• Events involving multiple teams such as meets and tournaments

Entering results for head to head events or dual matches

1. Navigate to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season for the sport and click on the Schedule tab

3. Click edit event next to the event

4. Enter each team’s result/score in the Result field
   

   

   
   

5. Change the Status of the event to Final

6. Click Save

1. Navigate to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season for the sport and click on the Schedule tab

3. Click edit event next to the event

4. In the Result field for your team enter the team’s placing at the event (ex. 6th of 10, 2nd place out of 25 teams)
   

   

   
   

5. Change the Status of the event to Final

6. Click Save

Entering results for events involving multiple teams on a conference website

1. Navigate to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season for the sport and click on the Schedule tab

3. Click edit event next to the event

4. In the Result field enter the team name along with scores (ex. Johnson 55, Rogers 44, Smith 25, etc.)
   

   

   
   

5. Change the Status of the event to Final

6. Click Save
