Refund Form Submissions

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site and click on the Website tab

  2. Navigate to the section where you have added your form

  3. Click on the form file name

  4. Click the "Refund" link next to the form submission

  5. Enter the amount you would like to refund by clicking either the "Full amount" or "Other amount" buttons. If you select "Other amount", enter the dollar amount you would like to refund this submission. It must be less than the original payment amount.

  6. Click the "Submit" button to process the refund amount.

Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable. If you refund a fan the full amount, the credit card fee for that purchase will be taken out of your monthly revenue check.
