Nominating for awards
If you are setup as a nominator for an award you should receive an email notification when the award is open for nominating. You will also receive reminder emails based on the setup of the notifications by the awards administrator.
Login
To log into the system, open an internet browser and navigate to the awards login page. You will receive the direct link to that page through the initial nomination email. You can also access the login page by going to the website you are nominating through, put /awards after the domain name, and press Enter.
Your login credentials will include your institutional email address, and the password will be forwarded by the conference administrator or has been set by the system. In order to retrieve the system password, click on ‘Forgot my password’ below the login area. You can also use that button to reset your password and set a new one. After the you enter your email address, the password will be emailed to you once you click on submit. You will be able to change your password after the initial login by clicking Change password.
Nominating
Once the nomination timeframe has opened, you will be able to login and nominate student-athletes for those awards. You will be able to see all of the awards accepting nominations at the current time when logged in, along with the closing date and time for nominations.

Click Nominate to begin the nominating process.
Nominations for statistics awards
If the award is setup to use enhanced statistics (all rosters and game files must be uploaded into the system prior to nominations), then you will first choose your team from the dropdown menu and then click the Continue. From here, you will see all of your players and their stats listed below. Choose the radio button next to the player you would like to nominate and click Continue at the bottom.

You will then see all of your player stats for that given time period as well as additional nominating fields to fill out to finish the nominating process. Click Nominate at the bottom once finished. You will then see the nomination screen showing your nomination below:

You can edit or delete the nomination while the nomination period is still open by clicking on the link to the nomination you submitted.

Nominations for standard awards
For standard awards (used for non-networked sports like Golf, Swimming, etc.), then you will click [nominate] and see the fields for individual information. Check to make sure you are filling out all of the necessary fields. Click Nominate at the bottom once finished. Once you have submitted the nomination you will see the nomination on the nomination screen:
