Poll

Instructions

1. Sign in

2. Click on the Website tab and navigate to the area of the website where you want the poll to be stored

3. Click [add here] to the right under Options

4. From the content type drop down menu, select poll

5. Name the file. Normally this would be related to the type of poll it is, for example naming a mascot or a homecoming trivia question. (ex. homecoming-poll, mascot-name-poll, etc.)

6. Enter the title for the page which would be similar to the file name, so it should be related to the type of poll that it is. (Homecoming 2024 Poll, Mascot Name Poll, etc.)

7. Click Continue

8. In the Question field, type in the question

9. In the answer fields, type in the possible answers (one answer per field)

10. Then click Save changes at the bottom of the page

11. You can now connect the poll to navigation menus on the website or send out the link to the poll

12. You can view the number of votes per answer by clicking on the file name for the poll in the backend of the website
