The Share tool is for PrestoWeb clients only. Use the Share tool to share information from GameDay via email. The text messaging option is a paid add-on feature that can be purchased here or by contacting your Client Success Manager. If you don’t know who your Client Success Manager is you can contact our Client Success team by filling out this form and they will provide the contact information for your Client Success Manager. To do that select Account Questions in the Product or Category field and then select General Questions in the Type field.

Instructions

1. Sign into your site and click on the Game day tab

2. Click on the appropriate season in the right-side panel. If you want to edit an out of season sport, click the "View All Seasons" bar at the top.

3. Click on the Schedule tab

4. Click on the date of the event to view to the Event Information page

5. In the upper right hand corner click on the "Share" button

6. From the drop-down, choose the content you would like to share. In this drop down we will show information that has been added to this event (releases, box scores, scores, etc.)

7. From the "How do you want to share?" section, choose which method you would like to use:

   • Email

   • Text

8. Complete any necessary information. Our system will auto-fill these fields based on the event's information and your account information.

9. Click the "Send" button at the bottom

10. Follow steps 6-9 to share more content
