Voting for awards
If you are setup as a voter for an award you should receive an email notification when the award is open for nominating. You will also receive reminder emails based on the setup of the notifications by the awards administrator.
Login
To log into the system, open an internet browser and navigate to the awards login page. You will receive the direct link to that page through the initial nomination email. You can also access the login page by going to the website you are nominating through, put /awards after the domain name, and press Enter.
Your login credentials will include your institutional email address, and the password will be forwarded by the conference administrator or has been set by the system. In order to retrieve the system password, click on ‘Forgot my password’ below the login area. You can also use that button to reset your password and set a new one. After the you enter your email address, the password will be emailed to you once you click on submit. You will be able to change your password after the initial login by clicking Change password.
Voting
Once the nominating process has closed and the voting timeframe has opened, the award will shift down to the Voting section and a Vote button will appear next to the award name. Click on the Vote button to start the voting process for the award.

Submitting your votes
Located in the top right hand corner of the screen is the voting status area. Shaded areas (highlighted in gray) require the your attention.
Click on the Sort by dropdown to sort the ballots. Click on [show all details] to show all nominee details or click on nominee [show details] to see specific player details. The voting values will vary depending on how the award was setup by the administrator. You are able to see your own nominees although your admin may have set it up so you can’t vote for your own nominees.
To vote, drag the nominees to the appropriate gray voting boxes until requirements are fulfilled. After you have dragged a nominee into a voting box, you can remove them by dragging them back out to the list of nominees or by dragging them into a different voting box.
The system will alert you to possible errors in your votes in the voter status area. This might include restrictions on number of nominees per voting box, number of nominees ranked in the list, etc. The system won’t allow you to submit your votes if an error like that exists within the ballot.
Click Vote once votes have been filled in the voting slots. An email confirmation of your votes will be sent to you. This process is the same for standard and stats awards.

The system will ask you to confirm your votes before submitting. You can edit the votes from this screen by clicking Edit. Click Vote to submit your votes.
You can edit your votes after submitting them and before the voting timeframe has ended by clicking on the Vote button again. The only exception to this is if the awards administrator has set votes to be locked after a ballot is submitted. In that case you would need to reach out to the awards administrator to have them unlock your ballot to edit the vote.
