1️⃣ On the PrestoRaise Admin Dashboard go to your organization’s campaigns. You can either click Campaigns along the top, select the campaign if it is one of the three being shown, or click View All Campaigns.
On the campaign you are wanting to end click More.
There are two options available to you, Deactivate & Delete. We recommend only using the Deactivate function.
⚠️ DEACTIVATE
This option will remove the campaign from your organization’s live PrestoRaise page. No donation or donor data will be lost, all reporting will still be available to admins.
🚫 DELETE
This option will not only remove the campaign from the public PrestoRaise page, but will also remove it from the admin dashboard along with all relevant data.
We do not recommend using the Delete option.
