Updating Website Bios Roster Through Shared Roster
If your shared roster has been entered in PrestoSports through the Game Day tab, but the website roster is not displaying on the front end of your website, three issues may be causing this.
First, make sure that your season has been set up properly, either through the Standard Season Setup for networked sports, or through the Shared Season Setup for all other sports. This process will create the roster page on the front end of the website.
If your season has been set up correctly, the next step is to make sure the links in your navbar-dropdown and navbar-secondary files have been updated to the current season. To do this, go to the season in Game Day, and navigate to the Navbars tab. From here click on the Edit links for both the Navbar Dropdown and Navbar Secondary and change the URL path for the roster page to the season you want to display by changing the season area of that URL (ex. 2023-24 to 2024-25).

If the above issues are resolved and you are still not seeing your roster display on the website, the next step is to update your Bios Roster. One option for doing this is by using the option to sync players from the shared roster to the website roster. (For more information regarding the differences between the Bios and Shared Rosters, CLICK HERE)
To see if your bios roster has been updated, navigate to the Roster tab and make sure that you are on the Bios roster by clicking on Bios as seen below.
From here, if your roster is not displayed, click on Sync Players
In the pop-up window select Update Website Bios Through Shared Roster. This will bring over your Shared Roster into a pop-up window where you will make sure the player information is correct on the first window, and confirm that the players are new on the next page. The next window is where you will confirm if each player should be brought over to the Bios roster. If a player is no longer on the team, the box can be unchecked next to the name and that player will not move over to the Bios roster. The last window is to confirm any uniform changes. Once you click Save, the Bios roster will populate and will display on the front end of the website.
REMINDER: If you are a PrestoWeb client, once your roster has been updated into the Bios Roster, you will make any future changes through the Bios Roster. The changes in the Bios Roster will update the Shared Roster, however, the inverse is not the case.
