After logging in on the PrestoMobile admin dashboard click Reports from the menu options to the left.
General Report Page
You will be directed to the general reports page where admins can find the full list of reports available along with a quick look at the most recent data.
On this page admins can see the total number of users on the platform and the Quarterly, Monthly, & Weekly active users.
Knowing if the majority of your platform users are on iOS or Android devices can be a great tool who choosing sponsors.
Please reference the list of report names below for a better insight on what data is being pulled:
User Reports

Active Users M.O.M. by year: see how many of your users are active each month

Registrations Y.O.Y.: see a breakdown of how many users registered within a certain month/year

Users: view all username & some profile information

Users (Profile Fields): view all username & ALL profile information
Event Reports

Events Tagged: view all events that have specific tags saved in the event details.

Bad Checkins By Event: if any fans had trouble checking-in to an event you can find those users within this report & filtered by event

Checkins by Event: select an event from the report dropdown & view which users checked-in including the timestamp

Checkins by Event (With Profile Fields): select an event from the report dropdown & view which users checked-in including the timestamp and ALL profile information

Checkins by Month: get a quick view for how many checkins the app received in a specific month/year

Checkins by User Meta: see which user groups based on profile information are checking-in to events
Engagement Reports
Rewards

All Prizes Purchased: view all prizes that have been purchased in order from newest to oldest

Awards: select an active award from the dropdown to see which users have unlocked it, you can also see who has redeemed the award

Awards (Active & Inactive): this report is same as Awards listed above but will have inactive & active awards in the dropdown

Coins Remaining: view how many coins users have earned & spent during the year

Prize Store: select a prize from the dropdown to see which users have purchased it, you can also see who has picked up the prize

Recent Prizes Purchased: view the most recent 100 prize that were purchased
Leaderboard

Leaderboard: view the most up to date leaderboard that lists all accounts & points

Leaderboard (Between Two Dates): view points earned between two dates in a leaderboard format
FanPoll

FanPoll Answers: select a poll from the dropdown and see which accounts answered & their poll selection
Push Notifications

Push Notifications Opened: view how many users opened a specific notification along with the overall platform percentage
