How to Test PrestoTickets
On the PrestoTickets platform admins can easily test the ticket claiming process in addition to testing how fans can transfer tickets & how event staff can scan tickets at the gate.
To get started follow the steps within our Help Center article PrestoTickets: How to Setup Event Tickets, when you get to step 4️⃣ enter $0.00 in the Ticket Price box.
On the Ticket Purchase page the price will show as FREE. Select at least two tickets & complete the ticket purchase/claim by entering your name, email, & phone number.

After clicking Purchase your digital ticket page will load. There is a QR Code that event staff can scan to mark the tickets as redeemed along with a Transfer Ticket option.

You will also receive an email receipt with the ticket purchase details. The View and Manage your tickets option will direct you to the digital ticket page.

Although the testing interface does have the tickets as FREE the digital ticket page & email receipt is the same process your fans will see when purchasing event tickets.
