1️⃣ To get started click Events from the admin dashboard homepage.
2️⃣ The events calendar will show you all events happening in the current month, use the dropdown to view past or future months.
Click Add New Event or hover over a day and click +Add to create a new event.
If your events are being synced with a PrestoSports Website the calendar should populate any upcoming events. If an event is showing click on the event box (highlighted in green to the left). The event details will load and you can click Edit Event.
3️⃣ Enter your event basic information like the title, venue, start/end time, & description; point value is not necessary to fill out with a PrestoTickets only system.
Click Show More Options to view the event ticket settings.
You will need to click Create General Admission Tickets once the additional options load.
4️⃣ Fill out the Ticket Class/Type information. The ticket price entered is what your organization will receive. All transaction fees will be added on after the total number of tickets being purchased has been selected.
An example of a ticket purchase with fees can be found below.
Once you see the saved Event Details page click Edit Event & Show More Options again, you should now see a populated Tickets URL.
If you have more than one Ticket Class click Add New Ticket Class.
Leave the Tickets URL & Tickets Label blank. Once your Ticket Class info is entered click Create My Event at the bottom of the page.
Public Sharing Tickets Link
Within the event setting details copy the Tickets URL, this link can be easily shared on social media or saved on your website for easy access.
Tickets can easily be purchased on their mobile device.
To the right is an example of a ticket purchase page. You can see the price of an individual ticket is $10.00 and then the transaction fees are added prior to checkout.
By clicking the question mark icon fans can take a closer look at their total costs breakdown.
