FanCam

The FanCam module will display images and videos that are submitted by your fans. Before these images and videos will display within the module, an admin on the app will need to approve them.

Reviewing and approving FanCam submissions

1. Login to your admin dashboard

2. Click on FanCam

3. All submitted fan images and videos will display on the page. To approve a submission to display on the app, click the check box next to “Approve”.

4. You can see which user submitted the image or video by clicking on Actions in the upper left hand corner of the submission. From this screen you can also delete the submission if you don’t want to use it in the FanCam module

1. Login to your admin dashboard

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on FanCam within the settings

If you would like to allow all fan submissions to display immediately with no moderation by an app admin, check the box next to “FanCam images are immediately visible with NO prior moderation”. It’s recommended to leave this box unchecked so that all submissions are reviewed before they are posted to the module.

Under FanCam Art you can see additional icons that fans can add to their submissions. If you would like to add additional icons besides the standard ones that come with the app, go under Add FanCam Art, enter the Category description, select the file from your computer, and then click Add.

Under FanCam Frames you can see frames that fans can add to their submissions. If you would like to add additional frames besides the standard ones that come with the app, go under Add FanCam Frames, select the file from your computer, and then click Add.

You have the ability to reward users for uploading to FanCam. This will give those users points that they can later use to redeem prizes. To enable this feature, check the box next to “Reward Users for Uploading to FanCam”. Then enter the points per upload amount and set the max uploads per day.

Once you have completed adjusting the FanCam settings, click Save at the bottom of the page.
