PrestoMobile Implementation Schedule (~ 8-10 Weeks)

PrestoSports is thrilled about our partnership and are excited to get the project process started.

Client Personnel: To support PrestoSport’s collaborative Implementation, PrestoSports expects that Client’s personnel are identified and made available to collaborate with their PrestoSports counterparts throughout the Implementation. Below is a breakdown of the key roles and responsibilities of each role during the Implementation.


Phase 1 - Kickoff (~ 1 Week)

The Project Kickoff Call serves as the project kickoff between the client team and the PrestoSports team. During this time we will make introductions for all team members on the call and will have a high-level overview of the entire project plan.

Phase 2 - Design & Build (~ 4 to 6 Weeks)

Set up of mobile application based on the submitted starter kit and media collateral (i.e. home screen design, prep files, marketing materials, module selection, and app build + submission).

Phase 3 - App Test & Training (~ 1 Week)

On the application is built the Implementation Team-member will share testing details with the client team. A dashboard training meeting will be scheduled so that the client team can become more familiar with all of the PrestoMobile features and settings.

Phase 4 - Content Loading (~ 1 Week)

After the dashboard training session the client team will be fully equipped with all PrestoMobile knowledge and features to begin entering content onto application preparing for launch.

*This action is available to client’s who have an active PrestoSports website.
**For an iCal event calendar import to be completed the client team must send a request to the Implementation Team-member along with additional details needed to complete this action. The standard timeline for iCal imports is 5-10 business days.

Phase 5 - Launch (~ 1 Week)

Once the client team is ready to launch the PrestoMobile application to their fanbase the Implementation Team member should be notified as there are a few additional actions that need to take place.
