How to Access Admin Dashboard
➡️ To login on the PrestoRaise (RocketJar) Admin Dashboard go to rocketjar.com/login.
📧 New Admin Instructions
After you have been added as an admin by either a PrestoSports Team Member or an admin from your organization you will receive an email, follow the steps below to access the dashboard:
Within the email click Create Password to continue your account confirmation.
After the password is set you can login by going to rocketjar.com/login.
If your PrestoRaise page was recently setup by a member of our Implementation Team please review the Account Setup as there might be some additional changes to be made.
🤔 Forgot Your Password?
On the login page click Forgot Your Password
Enter your account email address & click Send Password Reset Link
Within minutes you will receive an email to reset your password. There will be a direct link to the reset password feature, click Reset Password.
You will be directed to a page where you can enter your new password. Click Reset Password and then you will be logged in automatically on the dashboard.
