How to Setup Direct Deposit
After logging in to the PrestoMobile (RocketJar) admin dashboard click Donations which will populate a dropdown where you will click Pay-Out Accounts.
You will now see the Pay-Out Accounts page that will list any direct deposit accounts that are saved to the PrestoRaise account. Click New Pay-Out Account to save a new direct deposit option.
The PrestoRaise (RocketJar) to Stripe integration page is where you will be directed to, enter your email address and click Continue. From there continue through Stripe’s setup process.
⚠️ PrestoSports is not able to complete the Stripe setup for admins, all setup must be handled by the admin directly.
Transaction Fees
To confirm what your organization’s PrestoRaise transaction fee is please reach out to our Customer Success Team by using this form and they will provide the contact information for your Client Success Manager. To do that select Account Questions in the Product or Category field and then select General Questions in the Type field.
Can I request a check?
So that you can receive your donated funds sooner rather than later we strongly recommend setting up a direct deposit account.
