How to Setup Direct Deposit
After logging in to the PrestoRaise (RocketJar) admin dashboard click Donations which will populate a dropdown where you will click Pay-Out Accounts.
You will now see the Pay-Out Accounts page that will list any direct deposit accounts that are saved to the PrestoRaise account. Click New Pay-Out Account to save a new direct deposit option.
The PrestoRaise (RocketJar) to Stripe integration page is where you will be directed to, enter your email address and click Continue. From there continue through Stripe’s setup process.
⚠️ PrestoSports is not able to complete the Stripe setup for admins, all setup must be handled by the admin directly.
Transaction Fees
To confirm what your organization’s PrestoRaise transaction fee is please reach out to your Client Success Manager. If you don’t know who your Client Success Manager is, you can contact our Support team here request that information from them.
Can I request a check?
Payments from donations through PrestoRaise are required to be received via direct deposit. This also insures that you will receive your donations sooner rather than later.
