Manually linking seasons for players

After you have either manually uploaded season XML files or pulled files from the Presto CMS for individual career records, the system will automatically link the stats based on player name and jersey number. Manually linking a player to a season may be required if their name/jersey number changed from season to season.

1. Go to the Record Books website and login with your PrestoSports login credentials

2. Select the sport from the sports dropdown menu

3. Click Manage Season XML

4. Navigate to the season you want to edit, click on the kebab menu, and click Manage Season

5. A list of all players associated with that season will display. Click the stats icon under Edit Career next to the player to pull up a list of seasons associated with that player

6. You will only see the option to associate a player with a season if you have uploaded or pulled in stats for that season. To associate a player in a season, click on the player dropdown menu under that season and select that player from that list. Once you’re done manually linking seasons, click Save Career

7. Repeat Steps 5-8 to manually link seasons for additional players
