Streaming On Demand Video Storage Policy

Starting from September 1st, 2023, our Core and Pro streaming packages will revert to their pre-Covid 19 On Demand Video Storage policy, making archives accessible for a rolling period of 365 days.  

Lifetime Archives are now available in our Premium Streaming package. Conferences, Organizations, Associations and Leagues will continue to have Lifetime Archives as usual. 

To upgrade and enjoy Lifetime Archives, please contact Your assigned Client Success Manager. If you don’t know who your Client Success Manager is you can contact our Client Success team by filling out this form and they will provide the contact information for your Client Success Manager. To do that select Account Questions in the Product or Category field and then select General Questions in the Type field.

Effective September 1st, 2023

PrestoStream has two levels of archiving available. Our Core and Pro packages include a rolling 365 day time period while the Premium package includes Lifetime Archives. Here’s some more detail on how each works.

Conferences, Organizations, Associations and Leagues will continue to have Lifetime Archives.

365 days (Core and Pro)

Streams are available for at least 365 days after the event date. For instance, if you stream an event on October 10th of 2022 your viewers will be able to watch it until at least October 11th of 2023.

We ask that you download your files from us to migrate them to another storage space before this timeframe ends.

Lifetime Archives (Premium)

While you have active service set up with PrestoStream viewers will be able to and watch any event On Demand. If you cancel service you’ll have until the next September 1st to download your files from us to migrate them to another storage space.

Were my files were deleted?

Reach out to our support team using this form if you believe either files were removed prematurely. If you have questions about your contracted features reach out to your assigned Client Success Manager.
