How to Access Admin Dashboard
➡️ To login on the PrestoTickets (SuperFan) Admin Dashboard go to app.superfanu.com/login.
New PrestoTickets System: During the Implementation Process your Project Manager will manually create your login account and send you the login details.
Existing PrestoTickets System: If your organization already has a PrestoTickets dashboard set up any new admins will need to download mobile app version of PrestoTickets and create an account. Once an account is registered successfully current admins can follow the steps below under Managing PrestoTickets Admins to add or remove admins as needed.
Managing PrestoTickets Admins
After the initial implementation process is complete your team is responsible for adding and removing admins on the dashboard. Follow the steps below for how to manage admins:
1️⃣ After logging in on the Admin Dashboard click Settings.
2️⃣ You will be immediately directed to the Administrators page.
Add - To add a new admin enter their username in the Search User box, select the account, & click Add.
Remove - To remove a current admin simply click the Remove option & refresh the page.
QUICK ADMIN REMINDERS
All admins have the same type of access on the dashboard.
There is not a limit to the number of admins you can have, but we recommend 10 max.
