How to Setup Direct Deposit
1️⃣ After logging in on the Admin Dashboard click Settings.
2️⃣ Click RevPass from the list of Settings options.
3️⃣ Within the Add a New Direct Deposit Account section enter a nickname for the account, leave the Environment as Production, & click Create Deposit Account.
The PrestoTickets to Stripe integration page is where you will be directed to, enter your email address and click Continue. From there continue through Stripe’s setup process.
PrestoSports is not able to complete the Stripe setup for admins, all setup must be handled by the admin directly.
Transaction Fees
To confirm what your organization’s PrestoTickets transaction fee is please reach out to your Client Success Manager. If you don’t know who your Client Success Manager is, you can contact our Support team here request that information from them.
Can I request a check?
Payments from tickets purchased through PrestoTickets are required to be received via direct deposit. This also insures that you will receive your ticket revenue sooner rather than later.
