Your 24/7 virtual assistant for everything PrestoSports.
Byte helps you get answers faster, troubleshoot common issues, and connect with support — all in one streamlined chat experience.


🔹 What Is Byte?

Byte is PrestoSports’ AI-powered chatbot that assists customers with common questions, troubleshooting, and platform guidance. It reduces response times and connects you to the right resources — instantly.


🔹 Where Can I Find Byte?

You’ll see Byte in the bottom-right corner of:

  • PrestoSports website

  • PrestoSports Help Center


🔹 What Can Byte Help Me With?

  • Step-by-step setup and configuration

  • Troubleshooting common issues

  • Accessing user guides and resources

  • Routing support tickets to the right team

  • General questions about billing, renewals, and accounts

Upon launching Byte you will be presented with five options:

Game Day Emergency- Use this for urgent assistance, such as last minute stats access or issues while inputting stats.

PrestoWeb- Use this for questions regarding our PrestoWeb product.

PrestoStats- Use this for questions regarding our PrestoStats product.

PrestoStream- Use this for questions regarding our PrestoStream product.

PrestoShots- Use this for questions regarding our PrestoShots product.


🔹 Does Byte Replace Human Support?

Not at all. Byte augments your support experience by handling routine questions. When needed, it automatically escalates to a Support rep for personal assistance. If you need urgent assistance you should either select Game Day Emergency in Byte or send a text to our SMS line at 424-4PRESTO.


🔹 When Is Byte Available?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Even after business hours, Byte ensures you can still get help or open a ticket immediately.


🔹 How Accurate Is Byte?

Byte is trained on PrestoSports’ verified knowledge base and continuously improves from real support interactions. It’s built to deliver accurate, policy-aligned answers and flag uncertain cases for review.


🔹 Can Byte Access My Account?

No. Byte cannot view or change your account data.
It can, however, provide contextual answers based on your product usage and guide you through in-app steps.


🔹 Is My Information Secure?

Yes. Byte follows PrestoSports’ data privacy and security protocols. It doesn’t store personal data beyond your session, and all chat communications are encrypted.


🔹 How Do I Escalate to a Support Team Member?

Type “connect me with support” from the chat menu. Byte will route your request to our support queue, attaching the chat transcript for context.


🔹 Why “Byte”?

Because it reflects speed, precision, and intelligence — the same traits that define PrestoSports’ technology for collegiate and amateur athletics.
