Viewing Contacts

The Contacts tab allows you to easily manage relationships with visitors to your site. By storing information via the PrestoSports CMS, you can interact and promote their brand more directly to fans, alumni, students, boosters, etc.

To view detailed information for each contact, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your site and click on the Contacts tab

2. Select the "Contacts" link from the red navigation bar at the top, or click the number link to the right of "Contacts" in the Quick stats box

3. The Contacts page displays all of your contacts. You may find your contacts via their email address using the search box on the right. From this screen you may also add, import and export contacts.

4. Once your contact is found, click on the linked email address to get detailed information on this contact

5. The Details tab shows information about this account including name, address, phone number, email address, when it was created, modified and any passwords associated with the account.

6. The Lists tab shows any address lists this contact is on.

7. The Notices tab will show the reports from notices that have been sent to this contact with reports on whether it was opened, bounced, etc.

8. The Notes tab allows site admins to create notes about individual contacts. Each note will include the time/author and the entered note.
