Resource Center
The Resource Center is an area in the CMS where you can access resources such as:
New User Guide
Contact information for your organization’s Customer Success Manager
Support form
Office Hours
Help Center
You can access the Resource Center by logging into your website if you are a PrestoWeb client, or by logging into the Presto network here for non-PrestoWeb clients. Once logged in you can access it by clicking on the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of any page:

Once you click on the icon this menu will open:

You can click New User Onboarding to go through our New User Guide. This will walk you through each article in the guide and will show which ones you have already reviewed.
You can click Explore Resources to open this menu:

Click Contact Support to pull up a page with the link to our Support form along with instructions for filling out the form.
Click on Essential Resources to find links to our Support form, Office Hours, and Help Center:

Click Contact Your Customer Success Manager to access an email link to contact them directly.
For our NAIA clients you click Be an NAIA MVP to access the NAIA MVP page.
