These instructions are for creating an individual statistics page that is separate from the one created during season setup. For those pages you should be creating them through that process which you can find instructions for here.
Instructions

Sign in to your site and click on the Website tab

Navigate to the appropriate Sport and Season (ex: /sports/mbkb/2015-16/)

Click [add here] to the right under Options

From the “Content type” drop down menu, select stats”players

Click “Continue”

Name the file players

Give the file the following Tytle: 2015-16 SPORT Individual Statistics

Click “Continue”

Select the appropriate sport from the “Sport” drop down menu

Select the appropriate season from the “Season” drop down menu

Click “Save season”

Select the appropriate team from the “Add one team” drop down menu

Click “Add team” to the right of the drop down menu

Click “Save teams”

Click “Save”
