Status Page Sign Up Steps

The PrestoSports Status page is where we post information related to system-wide issues/outages. We recommend that all clients sign up to receive notifications from this page to be alerted ASAP when these types of events occur.

Instructions

1. Go to the status page

2. Click on Subscribe in the upper right-hand corner
   

   

3. Select one of the following channels for receiving updates:
   Email
   Text message
   webhook
   RSS
   Slack
   Twitter

4. Once you select the channel and enter your information, click Subscribe

5. You can also manage your existing subscription by clicking on the button at the bottom of that window
