Sending a Text Message from the Contacts tab

Please note, sending texts is available to PrestoSports clients at an additional cost. To add text messaging to your site purchase Text Messaging here or contact your Client Success Manager. If you don’t know who your Client Success Manager is you can contact our Client Success team by filling out this form and they will provide the contact information for your Client Success Manager. To do that select Account Questions in the Product or Category field and then select General Questions in the Type field.

1. Sign in to your site and click on the Contacts tab

2. Click the “Send text” link in the red navigation bar

3. Enter the message you wish to text in the Message area. Your message is limited to 140 characters

4. Check the box next to the text lists that you wish to send to. You may also add a contact by entering their email address.

5. Customize the text in the “Sender name” and “Sender email address” fields (optional)

6. Click the “Send” button to send your text
   

Sending a Text Message from Gameday

Alerts may be sent to your text lists through the Event Information screen.

1. Sign in to your site and click on the Gameday tab

2. Click on the [manage season] link next to the appropriate season. If you want to edit an out of season sport, click the "Seasons" link in the red navigation bar at the top.

3. Click on the date of the event you want to send a text message for

4. Click the “Share” button in the upper right corner

5. Select the type of information you want to send in the “What do you want to share” drop-down menu

6. Click the “Text” button

7. Our system will auto-fill the message, sender name, and sender number. You can customize this text if you would like. Your message is limited to 140 characters.

8. Check the box next to the text lists that you wish to send to. You may also add a contact by entering their email address.

9. Click the “Send” button to send your text message
