Hiding players from website rosters

You would want to hide a player on the roster if you want their bio information stored in the backend, but don’t want them to show in the roster on the front end. Here are instructions for hiding players on rosters:

1. Go to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season and then click on the Roster tab

3. Click on the Bios area

4. Check the box next to the players you want to hide and then click the Hide button at the bottom of the page

Restoring hidden players to website rosters

1. Go to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season and then click on the Roster tab

3. Click on the Bios area

4. Check the box next to the players you want to add back to the roster and then click the Show button at the bottom of the page

Removing players from website rosters

Removing a player from the website roster should only be done if you want to delete them from the roster and remove all of their bio information. Just like with anything else deleted within the CMS, this information can’t be recovered once deleted.

1. Go to the GameDay tab

2. Navigate to the season and then click on the Roster tab

3. Click on the Bios area

4. Check the box next to the players you want to remove from the roster and then click the Remove button at the bottom of the page
