Recent Videos
These instructions for updating this component refer to websites on our Themes 2.0 platform. You can check to see if your website is on that platform by reviewing your contract or by logging into your website, click on the Website tab, click on the Setup subtab, click Site profile, and check under Features to see if it says Theme 2.0 with a theme name next to it. This will also indicate which theme your website is on which you can use when looking at the filename list. If you don’t see that text, then that means your site is not on our Themes 2.0 platform.

Instructions
Sign in to your website and click on the Website tab
Navigate to the video or videos section. If a section like that doesn’t exist, you can create it by following these instructions
To upload an MP4 file click add here on the right side of the page and then upload files
Drag and drop or click browse for files to select the files you want to upload
Click Done to finish uploading the files
To embed a video from YouTube on a page on the site click add here on the right side of the page
In the Select a content type dropdown select Video: YouTube hosted and then click Continue
In the Link field paste the URL for the video from YouTube and then click Save Changes
Navigate back to the root directory of the Website tab
Navigate to the appropriate file based on the theme your site is on and click edit content
Click the gray box next to the Add featured page field to select the video you uploaded from the section they were uploaded to. Once selected click Add.
Repeat Step 11 to connect additional videos to component
You can adjust the component so you can manually sort the videos by checking the box next to Featured pages and click Stick. Now you can click and drag to adjust the order of the videos.
Click Save Changes

Hardball Theme Instructions
The Hardball theme has the option to separate video areas within the component by sport. You will need to create a new Headlines file for each separate video area you want to have display within the component.
Here are instructions for creating those separate Headlines files:
Sign in to your website and click on the Website tab
Navigate to the sports section and then click on the sport you want to add it for (ex. mbkb)
Create a section named video or videos. This should match the filename for the section located in the root directory.
Navigate into that section and click add here on the right side of the page
Name the file headlines-videos
Give the headlines a title (this is what will appear on your site at the top of that page)
Click Continue
From the Pages allowed drop down menu select Videos
From the Sorting drop down menu, select Page date
Click Save Settings
Click Save Changes
You can now start uploading videos and connecting them to that sports specific file

Here are instructions for connecting those sports specific Headlines files to the component:
Sign in to your website and click on the Website tab
Navigate to the file named navbar-videos and click edit content
Click Add for each separate video area you want to display in the dropdown for the component
Enter the sport name in the Label field
Click on the gray box next to the Target URL field to select the headlines-videos file from the appropriate sports section. After you select the file you will need to copy/paste this param after the filename in the Target URL field: ?tmpl=component-video-template&layout=cards&pageSize=6&archive=true&archiveText=More+Videos&aspectRatio=16x9
Click and drag to adjust the order of the videos within the dropdown menu for the component
Click Save Changes
