Files Tab

The Files tab will show in all sports and General Releases seasons in GameDay after you set up those seasons. This area is used to organize any miscellaneous files for those season. Files that can be uploaded are Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and HTML stat files.

Instructions

1. Sign into your site and click on the Game day tab

2. Click on the appropriate season in the right-side panel. If you want to edit an out of season sport, click the "View All Seasons" bar at the top.

3. Click on the "Files" tab

4. Click the [upload files] link to the right under "Options"
   

   

5. Drag and drop the files from your computer into the dotted box

6. Once the upload is complete, click "Done"

You can edit details of your files by clicking on the file name. On this page you are able to date the file, add/edit the title, add a lead-in, add a thumbnail and/or feature the file in to a headlines.

These files will also be accessible through the Website tab if you navigate to the section for the sport season where you uploaded those files. For example, if you uploaded those files in the 2023-24 Men’s Basketball season you would be able to access those files in the Website tab by following these instructions:

• Go to the Website tab

• Click on the sports section

• Click on the sport (Ex. mbkb)

• Click on the season section (Ex. 2023-24)

• Click on the files section

Any files uploaded directly into that section in the Website tab will also be accessible in the corresponding Files tab in GameDay.
