Hide Schedule/Roster

The hide schedule and hide roster options were added to Game day to help you keep this information private until you are ready to make it available to the public. When you are ready to make your schedule or roster available to the public, you will still need to update the links on your site, and you can follow these instructions to ensure your navbars are updated:

Hide Schedule During Season Setup

1. Select the season you want to set up

2. Click season setup in the top right corner

3. Enable the Hide Schedule option. This will prevent anyone from seeing your schedule even if they access the schedule URL directly. They will see a message that says “That page is not currently set to be published.”
   

   

   

Hide Roster During Season Setup

1. Select the season you want to set up

2. Click season setup in the top right corner

3. Enable the Hide Roster option. This will prevent anyone from seeing your roster even if they access the schedule URL directly. They will see a message that says “That page is not currently set to be published.”
   

   

Note: The hide schedule and hide roster options are only available when initially setting up the season. Once the season has been set up, use the instructions below to hide your schedule or roster.

Hide Schedule or Roster after season setup:

To hide schedule after season is set up:

1. Select the season where you want to hide the schedule

2. Click the Schedule tab

3. Click the hide schedule button. This will prevent anyone from seeing your schedule even if they access the schedule URL directly. They will see a message that says “That page is not currently set to be published.”
   

   

To show schedule after season is set up:

1. Select the season where you want to show the schedule

2. Click the Schedule tab

3. Click the show schedule button. As long as your schedule has been linked on your site, your schedule will now display on your site.

To hide roster after season is set up:

1. Select the season where you want to hide the roster

2. Click the Roster tab

3. Click the hide roster button. This will prevent anyone from seeing your roster even if they access the roster URL directly. They will see a message that says “That page is not currently set to be published.”
   

   

To show roster after season is set up:

1. Select the season where you want to show the roster

2. Click the Roster tab

3. Click the show roster button. As long as your roster has been linked on your site, your roster will now display on your site.
