If you want a video to appear in a story rotator or in a video playlist, you will need to feature the video file to the appropriate headlines:
Instructions

Sign in to your site and click on the Website tab

Navigate to the appropriate section where your video is stored

Mouse over the video file name and click [edit details]

Give the video file a title, date, lead-in and thumbnail image

From the "Featured to headlines" drop down menu, select the appropriate headlines by searching for a key term. Click the "Add" button once you select a headlines file to connect the video to it.
Possible headlines include:-
/landing/headlines-featured - home page story rotator

/sports/SPORT/headlines-featured - sport page story rotator
-
/video/index - video playlist

If you don’t have a video section created on the website you can create it by following the instructions here. To create a Headlines file within that video section follow the instructions here.
