Article: Rich Toolbar

Starting from left to right, this page will go over each tool on the tool bar that you will find on the content types Article: rich, form: enhanced, and Bio: manual within the text editor.

PrestoAI Article Writer- If your site has PrestoAI enabled you will click on this button to open the program and enter the prompt to pull into the text editor. You can purchase PrestoAI from our Presto Store or by contacting your Client Success Manager.

Bold - Make the selected text bold

Italic - Italicize the selected text

Underline - Underline the selected text

Strikethrough - Draw a line through the middle of the selected text

Align text left - Align text to the left

Center - Center text

Align text right - Align text to the right

Justify - Align text to both the left and right margins, adding extra space between words as necessary. This creates a clean look along the left and right of the page

Clear formatting- Clear all formatting applied to selected text

Style drop-down - Change the style of your text from the choices in your drop-down. Headings 1-6 are available as well as Paragraph style text

Bullets - Start a bulleted list

Numbering - Start a numbered list

Decrease indent - Decreases the indent level of the paragraph

Increase indent - Increases the indent level of the paragraph

Insert/edit link - Link text or images to other pages on your site or other sites. Highlight the text or select the image you would like to link before selecting this tool.

Unlink - Unlink any text or images. Highlight the text or select the image you would like to unlink before selecting this tool.

Insert/edit image - Browse your site to select images to embed on the page

Insert/ edit embedded video - Select the video by clicking on the search section icon, navigate to the section where the video is stored, and click on it. This will pull in the URL path for the video for you. You can also embed a video by clicking on the Embed subtab and then copy/paste the embed code into that field.

Insert horizontal ruler - Use this to create a break in your page. This will draw a black line horizontally across the page where you have selected with your cursor.

Spell check - Spell check your work

Full screen - View the article full screen

Preview - Preview your page
